Processing Times

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by customer location. As soon as the order is processed, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

International Shipping (Outside EU)

Ultreiatrek® ships from Spain 🇪🇸 to destinations worldwide.

We offer complimentary shipping to customers in the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

Orders delivered outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada) may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Applicable sales taxes may also be applied at checkout where required by law, including New York State sales tax for customers located in New York.

Shipping is provided at no additional charge for eligible destinations; however, it covers delivery only and does not include any import duties or additional fees. All orders are shipped under DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs handling fees are payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

If applicable, your local customs authority or shipping carrier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange payment of these charges.

Changing an Order

Once your order has been placed, changes are not allowed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@ultreiatrek.com and we will try to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, and the items have not been worn or used, you can always return them for a refund. If you decide to add an additional item after your order has been submitted, you will need to complete a new transaction. 

Damages or Lost Package

Ultreiatrek® is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package or your item is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim with them.
