Shipping

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by customer location. As soon as the order is processed, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

Changing an Order

Once your order has been placed, changes are not allowed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@ultreiatrek.com and we will try to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, and the items have not been worn or used, you can always return them for a refund. If you decide to add an additional item after your order has been submitted, you will need to complete a new transaction. 

Damages or Lost Package

Ultreiatrek® is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package or your item is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim with them.

Return Policy

Ultreiatrek® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If you are not satisfied, or would like an exchange, the unused or unworn item may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the day you received it in the mail. The item must be in the exact condition as it was shipped. The customer is responsible for the postage cost in mailing the return. 

Please refer to the size chart for clothing to make sure the item fits properly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return-shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (for example, food), custom products, special orders, personalized items, and personal-care or beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.

International Rates

International Shipping (Outside EU)

Ultreiatrek® ships from Spain 🇪🇸 to destinations worldwide.

We offer complimentary shipping to customers in the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

Orders delivered outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada) may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Applicable sales taxes may also be applied at checkout where required by law, including New York State sales tax for customers located in New York.

Shipping is provided at no additional charge for eligible destinations; however, it covers delivery only and does not include any import duties or additional fees. All orders are shipped under DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs handling fees are payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

If applicable, your local customs authority or shipping carrier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange payment of these charges.

Warranty

Ultreiatrek® takes pride in craftsmanship and stands by its products. If there is any defect due to workmanship, we will fully replace the item and provide a prepaid return label. This does not cover normal wear, or damage to an item caused by misuse.

Many of our products are made of natural fibers and, therefore, do have a lifespan. Bugs and insects like to chomp on certain materials, such as merino wool. This type of damage is not covered. To help deter unwanted pests, store your garments in a clean location. Placing cedar chips or lavender sprigs nearby helps deter pests.

To be eligible for a full refund or replacement due to defects in workmanship, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at hello@ultreiatrek.com for more information.
